An acceptable stay
friendly staff many choices good location noisy neighbours unavailable lift dirty pool
The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with MANY choices of food. The bed was comfortable i found. The location is good.
I could hear neighbours in the room next door to mine. Only one lift working a few days i was there. The pool seemed a bit dirty with water not entirely clear.

okay stay but some issues
traffic noise long refund
the constant noise was a real problem. my room faced the front and traffic sounds never stopped. beeping horns and loud cars made it hard to sleep until almost 4am. also, getting a refund after i shortened my stay was a hassle. the bosses needed to approve it and i waited over ten days. i dont know why that process took so long.
